The Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service comprises a minimum of six units, of which two are mandatory, the others being chosen from a choice of 47 optional units. Your assessor will help you choose the optional units best suited to you work situation.

 

The cost of the Level 2 is £995, which can be paid in a lump sum or up to six monthly instalments. Overrunning an eight month completion time will incur further charges.

 

The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service comprises a minimum of six units, of which two are mandatory, the others being chosen from a choice of 57 optional units. Your assessor will help you choose the optional units best suited to you work situation.

 

The cost of the Level 3 is £1,200, which can be paid in a lump sum or up to six monthly instalments. Overrunning a ten month completion time will incur further charges.
