he Level 2 Intermediate Level Apprenticeship will suit you if you have (or want) some experience in the Hairdressing and Barbering industry and want to be aJunior Stylist.

 

Intermediate Level Apprentices may work in roles such as  Junior Stylist, carrying out treatments including basic cutting, styling, drying and finishing.

 

 

The Level 3 Advanced Level Apprenticeship is ideal if you already have a Hairdressing or Barbering qualification and want to become a Senior Stylist.

 

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing will allow the junior stylist to advance their creative and business skills.

 

Advanced Level Apprentices may work in roles such as Stylist or Hairdresser, carrying out treatments including creatively cutting hair, colouring hair, colour correction, creatively styling and dressing hair, creating a variety of permed looks and providing hair extension services.

 

 

Learners on both programmes have the opportunity to attend industry events, see demonstrations and participate in additional learning to enhance their careers.

 

Attendance:

 

Full time work placement & day release to college, once a week for Level 2 learners and once a fortnight (daytime) or once a week (evenings) for Level 3 learners or assessor visits to salon.
